This page covers the terms and conditions, not our favourite page! But nevertheless it has to be clear for our benefit and our customers. By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Our prices are subject to change, promotional terms only apply in the period stated for that promotion.

Whilst Winchester Logs will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we will not be held responsible for errors that may occur.

Winchester Logs will not accept any liability for any injury, damage or loss arising from the use of goods purchased.

Winchester Logs cannot guarantee that the appearance and or colours of the natural products offered for sale will exactly reproduce the appearance and or colours of the physical products themselves, as with any natural product no two are ever the same.

All sizes quoted are approximate, the measurement of wood in cubic metres refers to loose wood inclusive of air gaps.

All products delivered or collected shall be at the customers risk from the time of delivery/collection, after such time Winchester Logs shall be under no liability for loss or damage or deterioration of the products from whatever cause arising.

When log orders are processed there will be a percentage of smaller pieces of wood included in the load, therefore Winchester Logs recommend that the customer should protect the ground where the logs will be unloaded. Due to wood being a natural product Winchester Logs recommend the use of gloves while handling the wood.
